La verdad es que el trato como por teléfono como por mail es de 10 los llame porque en canarias todo es diferente y se preocuparon de llamar a la compañía de transporte y fueron muy amables la verdad el deco es una maravilla la única pega que le doy es el mando los botones a las 3 de la mañana suenan demasiado jajaj por lo demás encantado

Decodificador increíble y servicio posventa todavía mejor debido a que tuve un par de problemillas a la hora de configurar el deco y me los solucionaron al instante. Sin duda volvería a comprar en su web.
