Alcad OR-512 - Serie 916: Optical receiver tv-sat quatro.

Optical to RF convertor for multiswitch systems. It supports 4 satellite polarities, digital TV, FM and DAB, and converts the optical power to RF power.

Applications

Multiswitch distribution systems spread over long distances or with many distributon points. It can be used before a multiswitch installation as it has dedicated outputs for each of the satellite polarities and terrestrial.

Characteristics

Powered by the multiswitches via the satellite outputs or with a separate power supply PSU-010. Built-in Automatic Gain Control (AGC) which allows a wide dynamic range of optial powers without affecting output power and quality. Two LED indicators allow the user to observe the status of the unit.
