Its design in groups of 12 fibers makes it suitable for providing continuity to the fiber distribution network in multi-dwelling buildings. The pigtails can be spliced to the ends of multifiber backbone hoses, keeping the fibers organized. In addition, the variety of colours helps identify the different connections. The pigtail kit is also convenient for use in trays and patch panels inside racks and registers, helping to keep the installation tidier.
The sheath being LSFH, it is recommended for indoor use.
It has an end with a short boot that facilitates installation in wall sockets, avoiding attenuation increases due to undesired bending. In addition, the short boot reduces the space required for connection and the bending radius is less demanding.
