The IC-208 digital modulators are a versatile solution for creating a customized digital terrestrial television channel. The channel source can be any HDMI™ source, such as a set-top box, media player, or computer. Both in high definition (HD) and standard definition.
They can be used virtually anywhere in the world, because it is a multi-standard modulator with output in DVB-T2, DVB-T, DVB-C, ATSC-T, ATSC-C, DTMB or ISDB-T formats.
The high-quality output (MER of 38 dB) is comparable to that of premium headend equipment, resulting in a very robust signal that can reach all TV receivers in the installation with quality without installing additional equipment such as amplifiers.
With the integrated RF mixer, you can add the new channel to the grid without interfering with existing channels, and you can also configure multiple IC-208 modulators in cascade to expand the channel count as needed.
