PROMAX's IC-207D digital encoders and modulators convert an HDMI signal source to DVB-T or ISDB-T terrestrial television formats. They are universal domestic digital modulator-encoders that can be used to create a television channel on a private coaxial network according to the most popular standards in Europe, Latin America and other countries.

They are designed for continuous use (24/7/365) and have a loop-through connection that on the one hand allows the channel created by the modulator to be added to the television channels that already exist in the coaxial network, and on the other hand allows cascade multiple modulators.

The control of the equipment is carried out from the front panel to configure various parameters of the generated digital television channel. The modulator generates a digital terrestrial television channel with a MER of 38 dB, which translates into a very robust signal that can be decoded without problems on televisions connected to very extensive coaxial networks (such as hotels, convention centers, etc.) .
