I moved from a wildlife camera to the Vicohome CG6 to monitor the movement of rats during the night around my chicken coop. The quality of the video’s is great and a lot better than all the wildlife camera’s I’ve tried so far. The minus points are that the software is not iPad compatible for transferring video’s to for example Dropbox. It works fine on the iPhone but then you are limited by the small screen. It is not possible to take photo’s or a combination of photos and then a video. Videos are limited to 20 sec or till there is no movement any more with a max of 3 minutes. That is not always practical. Very annoying is that a special extra codec is necessary to play the mp4 videos on a pc. On your own pc it is solvable but it limits the possibility to easily share the videos with others. But given the price I think it deserves a 5.
