For all types of smoke detectors (analog or conventional), the detector mounting base is fixed inside with 2 screws (included), a practical terminal block facilitates and simplifies wiring.

It allows detecting the presence of smoke by continuously sampling the airflow inside heating and ventilation pipes in industrial or commercial structures.

Based on the Venturi principle, combined with a sampling tube of suitable length, the device works with air flows with a speed between 0.5 m/s and 20 m/s.
