ATEN PE6216G-AX-G As members of its NRGence family of products, ATEN has developed a new generation of power distribution units (PDUs) in order to improve the energy efficiency of data centers. The NRGence eco PDU PE6216 is an intelligent power distribution unit that has 16 AC electrical outlets and is available in different configurations with IEC or NEMA outlets. The unit offers secure, centralized and intelligent power management (power on, off, restart) of data center IT equipment (servers, storage systems, KVM switches, network devices, serial devices, etc.) as well as the ability to monitor the environmental parameters of the data center thanks to special sensors. The eco PDU PE6216 offers remote power control combined with measurement of electrical parameters in real time – so you can always control and monitor the power status of all devices connected to the PDU both at the level of the PDU itself and at each electrical outlet from virtually anywhere through a TCP/IP connection. The power status can be adjusted individually for each outlet, so users can turn devices on or off one by one. Additionally, the eco PDU offers extensive power reporting – with accurate measurements of current, voltage, power and watt-hours in real time. NRGence eco PDUs support third-party SNMP-based V1, V2, and V3 management programs as well as ATEN eco Sensors PDU management software. eco Sensors gives you multi-device management features, in an intuitive and easy-to-use graphical user interface. With it you can configure a PDU device and monitor the power status of the equipment connected to it. With its advanced security features and ease of use, the eco PDU is the most flexible, reliable and economical solution for remotely managing power to multi-computer facilities and allocating power resources in the most efficient way possible.
